At BENU Gyógyszertár Webshop, we prioritize your health and satisfaction by offering a 14-day return window for non-medicinal products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, medicinal products and certain medical devices cannot be returned once they have left our pharmacy.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is a non-medicinal product, unused, and in its original sealed packaging as per health regulations.

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the original invoice and send them back to our central pharmacy distribution center using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pharmacists inspect the returned goods to confirm integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
