What are the available delivery methods for my order?
We offer home delivery via courier services, delivery to designated pick-up points, and the option to collect your order for free at one of our many BENU Pharmacy locations nationwide.
Can I order prescription medications online?
Currently, our webshop allows the purchase of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, dermocosmetics, and medical devices. Prescription-only medications must be collected in person at our physical pharmacies with a valid prescription.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept various payment methods including secure online credit card payments (SimplePay), bank transfers, and cash or card on delivery at the time of receipt.
What is the return policy for health products?
For hygiene and health safety reasons, medications and certain medical devices cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. For other products, like cosmetics, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the product remains in its original, sealed condition.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.
